The Bullring Prepaid Maestro Gift Card is issued by Newcastle Building Society (NBS) pursuant to licence from MasterCard International or its Affiliates. NBS subscribes to the Banking Code. Copies of the code are available upon request. NBS is authorised and regulated by the FSA (Registration 156058).
